As a Manager, Human Resources, you will contribute to and support the delivery of human resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, innovation, goal attainment, and the ongoing development of a superior workforce.
Altrad is currently initiating a search for a Human Resource Manager for our St Anne’s Road Bridge Replacement Program from February 2025 for 12 months.
Your Impact
- Deliver HR policies and programs, provide advice and strategic guidance to the Program managers, and ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements within a region or HR specialty.
- Consistently integrate a mindset around diversity and inclusion.
- Coach others to understand ways to optimize the program values.
- Establish key stakeholder relationships and work across boundaries to drive results.
- Proactively anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions to address the opportunities at root cause with the intention to arrive at sustainable solutions.
- Diagnose, coach and/or advise managers on day-to-day concerns related to employee performance, productivity and behavioral or engagement challenges.
- Provide trends, feedback and other ancillary data that could improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of our team and platform performance.
- Identify high potential staff in conjunction with our managers
- Connect staff with their home office/cost centers
- Actively leverage HR Systems to drive value and results.
- Prepare and implement the Program HR Plan
- Prepare and implement the Staff Training Plan
- May manage or supervise staff, with responsibility for or input into performance review.
- Travel overnight as needed.
- Complete other duties as assigned.

Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree with major concentration in HR-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in a HR or related field.; management experience preferred.
- Energy and passion about human resources and advancing talent.
- Forward thinking and strategic
- Evidence of business acumen with proven results in influencing and advising managers and leaders at all levels, both virtual and local.
- Ability to rigorously assess talent with a combination of objectivity and a hint of intuition.
- Desire to succeed in a fast-paced, matrixed, ever-changing environment.
- Solution-oriented and creative problem solver in a sometimes resource-constrained environment.
- Self-starter; results oriented and motivated professional.
- Continuous improvement mindset with an attention for detail mentality.
- Experience using data and/or analytics to arrive at outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- SHRM certification (PHR or SPHR).
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Benefits:
Salary Range
Minimum: £128,000.00
Maximum: £150,000.00
