Key Objectives:
• Support the Quality function maintain an effective Integrated Management System
• Leading the co-ordination and hosting of third party audits
• Support the management of the internal audit schedule including undertaking of audits and assurance activities
• Support the management of company-wide technical codes and standards subscriptions (e.g. to access ISO’s, API’s, ASME’s etc.)
Main Activities:
• Support the Quality function maintain an effective Integrated Management System (Altrad Integrated Management System)
• Leading the co-ordination and hosting of third party audits by clients and certification/accreditation bodies (e.g. NQA, TUV Nord UK)
• Support the management of the internal audit schedule by hosting internal audit schedule review meetings
• Undertaking of audits and assurance activities internally and within the supply chain
• Support the management of company-wide technical codes and standards subscriptions (e.g. to access ISO’s, API’s, ASME’s etc.) ensuring the codes and standards access needs of internal stakeholders are met
• Quality support to projects and client services for bids/supports
• Back-up inspection co-ordination activities
• Effective Integrated Management System
• Third Party Audits

• Technical Codes and Standards access
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential Qualifications:
• HND/NVQ Level 5 (preferably in a related subject)/CQI Diploma or significant and related professional experience; would satisfy the requirements of professional registration (e.g. Chartered Member) of a professional institution (e.g. CQI)
Desirable Qualifications:
• Lead Auditor Qualification e.g. ISO9001 / NQA-1 or similar
Essential Experience
• Sound understanding and application of ISO 9001
• Sound understanding and application of an Integrated Management System
• Effective Report Writing and Communication Skills
• Proven background in a similar role within a highly regulated industry
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements as well as sector codes and standards
Desirable Experience
• Knowledge and application of Pressure Equipment Directive/ Safety Regulations; EN1090, ISO 3834-2 and other sector specific Quality Standards

Salary Range
Minimum: £110,000.00
Maximum: £125,000.00
